Study any real statistical data out there and you will most likely find a portion of individuals who do not complete a transaction once they get to the payment form section.</p> <p>In your case, using Paypal, interrupts the flow of transaction process by "kicking" a user to the paypal checkout/logout screen and adds more resistance to this user interaction.</p> <p>It's not fair to blame GravityForms (or phpurchase for that matter) for not providing transactional auditing for your website. Remember, this is built on Wordpress (again free) - if you want a robust transactional e-commerce solution, you should set some money aside and invest in a solution specifically for your needs. We try to help all potential clients be well informed. Now i don't wince when a form is requested, i just get on with it. Forms went from the most time consuming part of my work - to the easiest, stress free process. </p> <p>Conditional Logic didn't seem interesting or needed, now it is a feature i could not do without. It is an awesome plug-in, with outstanding functionality, that I recommend without reservation. </p> <p>The only thing more amazing is the customer service they provided on the forums. Even when the issue wasn’t their product but my own ignorance, I was back on my way the next day. I’m not entirely sure how their priority support could be any better.</p> <p>I only purchased a single license, but I expect to upgrade soon.
