So, when there are about 10 people filling out forms and the gap in the time they submitted the form is very minimal, only 1 entry is reflected. </p> <p>The most irritating part is that the ALL counter on the upper left reflects the number of entries submitted even when you can see only one. The counter continuously adds up even after you have exported the entries and none can be seen anymore.</p> <p>The worst part is I discovered this only after going live. It was a nightmare as I kept on losing data that had been submitted already.
